Ingredients
• 1 lb Shrimp (Peeled & Deveined)
• 3/4 cup of Paleo Mayo
• 3-4 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
• 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
• Garlic Powder
• Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
While heating the coconut oil in a skillet, sprinkle the shrimp with the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the shrimp to the oil and cook to desired done-ness.
While the shrimp is cooking, mix the Paleo mayo, hot sauce and red pepper flakes. Taste and add additional heat if needed.
Add the cooked shrimp to the mayo and mix, coating the shrimp.
That's it! Easy peasy!
